This policy describes how UTAZNM (“UTAZNM,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you visit utaznm.com, contact us, or follow links to our social profiles.

Our contact form may collect your name, email address, inquiry topic, message, and consent. We use this information only to review and respond to your inquiry, prevent abuse, maintain necessary business records, and follow up on a request you initiated.
Information collected automatically
Our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare, may process limited technical information such as IP address, request time, browser and device information, requested pages, and security signals. We use this data to deliver the site, prevent spam and attacks, diagnose errors, and understand aggregate performance. We do not use third-party advertising trackers on this site.
Contact form storage and delivery
Contact submissions are handled by a Cloudflare Worker and stored in a private Cloudflare data service so a temporary email-delivery problem does not lose your message. Access is limited to authorized site administrators. We generally retain inquiries for up to 90 days, unless a longer period is reasonably needed to complete your request, maintain a business relationship, meet legal obligations, or resolve a dispute.
Instagram and Facebook
The site displays a locally cached copy of public content from the UTAZNM Instagram profile and links to Instagram and Facebook. When you follow those links, the social platform’s own privacy policy applies. We do not receive your private social account information through these links.
Cookies and local storage
The public website does not currently set advertising or behavioral-tracking cookies. Cloudflare may use essential security mechanisms needed to protect and deliver the site. If we add optional analytics or other tools later, this policy will be updated and any consent required by law will be requested.
How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with service providers that operate the website or email delivery on our behalf, when necessary to complete your request, or when required by law. Those providers may process information only for the services they supply to us.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information you submitted through this site, subject to legal and operational exceptions. You may also withdraw a request before we act on it. Email hello@utaznm.com and describe what you need.
Security
We use encrypted connections, restricted Cloudflare bindings, input validation, rate limits, and limited retention to reduce risk. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, but we review the controls appropriate to the information we collect.
Children
This site is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. Please do not submit personal information for a child through the contact form.
